植被冠层PAR吸收率和归一化植被指数的SAIL模型

(1)    吸收的光合作用有效辐射(APAR):

式中 ,是在冠层顶部入射的辐射;是在冠层底部的下行辐射(投射辐射);是在冠层顶部上行辐射(植被及土壤反射的辐射)是土壤反射的辐射。
