    植被冠层PAR吸收率和归一化植被指数的SAIL模型

    （1）    吸收的光合作用有效辐射（APAR）：

    式中 ，是在冠层顶部入射的辐射；是在冠层底部的下行辐射（投射辐射）；是在冠层顶部上行辐射(植被及土壤反射的辐射)；是土壤反射的辐射。

    （2）    光合作用有效辐射吸收比例（）可估计：

    （4）    从SAIL模型导出的APAR：

    式中，是下行镜像通量；是下行漫射通量；是上行漫射通量；（a）和（b）分别指冠层上方及下方。
