旋转协方差测量模型

 

(1) 大多数的二氧化碳生态系统净流量使用旋转协方差技术来估算,树冠上方一个固定平面上的二氧化碳垂直旋转流量可以被估算为:

式中,是二氧化碳的旋转流量;为与平均密度的即时偏离值;为垂直风速与平均垂直风速的即时偏离率,

(2) 为了估计森林和大气之间的二氧化碳生态系统净流量,旋转协方差系统下的与空气柱里储存量变化的速率相关的流量也被包括进来了:

式中,是二氧化碳生态系统净流量;是与二氧化碳储量变化相关的流量。

(3) 二氧化碳净流量以半小时为间隔,通过下式可以计算:

式中,β是一个没有维数的系数,我们假定它的值是0.56是垂直风速的标准偏差;是平均大气密度;是平均每隔半小时测得的二氧化碳浓度的差值。

(4) 为了估计松柏生态系统中日间平均二氧化碳净交换量,我们建立了非线性回归方程:

式中,α是表面的量子产量;是光合作用活跃时的光子流通密度;是光辐射饱和时的二氧化碳净交换率;R是当=0时;平均二氧化碳净交换量。

(5) 为了从这两个生态系统中估计夜间平均二氧化碳净交换量,每半小时的夜间二氧化碳净交换率对空气和土壤温度做回归计算:

式中,ab是回归系数;T是平均每半小时空气或土壤的温度。
