光合作用活性辐射(PAR)吸收值计算公式

 

(1)𝑃𝐴𝑅被植物吸收(𝑓𝑃𝐴𝑅)和截留(𝑓𝐼𝑃𝐴𝑅)的部分:

式中,是指在树冠顶部入射的𝑃𝐴𝑅是指𝑃𝐴𝑅从林冠底部透出的部分。

式中,

包括指从林冠散射到空气中损失值以及由土壤或落叶表面散射到空气中但未被林冠吸收的光子

(2)每个种的叶、茎和落叶的光合作用活性辐射的吸收值()可用下式计算

式中,𝜌𝜆是指波长为𝜆的半球反射系数;𝜏𝜆是指半球透射率。
