式中,ρ是在给定光谱波段群丛的反射系数;Rc无限厚冠层的反射系数(即零透射率);Rg是背景反射系数;C=1-TiTvcicv是树冠因子,ci是太阳照射方向上的阴影覆盖率,cv是视方向上的观察到的覆盖率;G是地面因子,其计算公式可表达为是视方向上的平均树冠透射率,是在太阳照射方向上的平均树冠透射率,α是消光系数,Ila是树冠的叶面积指数,a是具有一个荫蔽背景的树冠表面的像元比例,b是具有一个被阳光照射的背景的树冠表面的像元的比例,g是被太阳照射且能观察到的背景的像元的比例,d是荫蔽且能观察到的背景的像元的比例,θi是太阳天顶角,θv是观察天顶角。
