水资源利用的边际效益分析原理与计算方法

 

(1)    水的边际效益模型:

式中,表示边际收益(边际效益);表示产值的变化量;表示投入要素的变化量。

(2)    工业用水边际效益()模型

式中,表示第年的工业总产值;表示第年的工业总产值;表示第年的固定资产增加指数;表示第年的工业用水,表示第年的工业用水;为工业产出弹性因子,用来反映在生产条件还原过程中资本劳动变化后产出的变化程度。

(3)    农业用水边际效益()模型:

式中,为第年的农业总产值;为第年的农业总产值;为第年的农业机械总动力增加指数;为第年农业用水量,为第年的农业用水量;为产出弹性因子,用来表示产出的资本弹性、劳动弹性以及自然灾害对于农业生产的影响。

(4)    工农业综合物价指数()模型:

式中,为工业在工农业总产值中的比重;为农村工业品零售价格总指数;为农副产品收购价格总指数。
