森林生态系统净初级生产力模拟模型

 

(1) 从历史生物测定数据导出总的净初级生产力:

每年的总的净初级生产力基于以下方程:

式中,=在时间段t内某个物种所有的生物成分量的变化;=在时间段t内掉落的所有短暂性生物组织的量之和;=在时段t内死亡的个体植物的生物量。

(2) 年可能生长率()

叶面营养生产率()为:

式中,为给定物种在时刻t的总叶营养含量()

是遮蔽修正叶面营养效率(SCFNE)的函数,它可对每个植物种类分别进行计算,即:

式中,=某个给定的物种在下一个时段内的年可能生长率;是在树冠层中以1/4m为间距分层时第i层叶面营养成分量,是在第i层的光照水平相关的光合作用光照饱和曲线值,n是树冠分层的层数;是在时段t中修正叶营养含量;是时段t中修正叶营养效率。

(3) 模拟生态系统中营养成分的循环:

某个给定物种的年吸收营养需要可用质量平衡方程来定:

式中,是物种i的年可能生长率;是物种I的新的生物量的平均营养成分浓度(%)是物种i从内部循环中获取的年净营养成分()是物种i通过树冠直接从降水或透过植被的降水中吸收的营养成分()是总的叶面年营养成分溶淋率()

式中,是物种i可用营养成分的数量()是当前时段可用营养成分储备的总的大小()是物种i当前时段的细根的生物量()是给定位置物种i的最大细根的生物量()

式中,是物种i年实际营养成分吸收率。
