营养循环分析模型

 

(1)净初级碳产品𝐺计算公式:

式中,𝜙0是光和有效辐射(𝑅pa)𝜀0是已知平均叶面温度和参照CO2浓度时潜在的光合有效辐射利用率,𝜔是生物量中碳含量;𝑅(𝑐a)描述了对周围环境的CO2浓度𝑐a𝑃np反应;𝐸(𝑣f)是叶子中N:C比率对光合作用限制的因子;𝑘是辐射消光系数;𝜎是物种的叶片面积;𝐶f是每平方米叶子含碳量。

(2)植物氮吸收率𝑈如下所示:

式中,𝜆f𝜆r分别是在老叶和根中氮被固定的部分;𝜂f𝜂w是树叶、树枝、茎和结构根中分配的部分;𝜌是从根到叶的N:C比率;𝐽w(𝑣f)是输入到心材中当前的N:C比率;𝜂r是粗糙和精细根的分配比例。
