土地覆盖分类的机器学习算法的多种判据

(1)   给定属于k类型中某个类型的供训练的观测数据集合T,确定T中一个观测值的类型所需的信息量为:

式中,等于T中属于类型的样本的数目; T中观测样本的总数目。

给定测试方法X,在测试方法X中把T分为n部分,应用X后的信息量为:

   

(2)   应用XT进行分割所得到的信息增益为:

 “增益判据”即选择gain(X)最大的测试方法,为了补偿分割类型数目大时具有的优势,引人下面的因子对gain(X)进行标准化:
