亮叶水青冈种群遗传多样性模型

    1)基因频率xi模型:


式中,ii为纯合子数;ij为包含一个I等位基因的杂合子数;n为种群个体数量。

 22个等位基因的情况下,第i个等位基因的固定指数模型:

式中,FISFIT2个结合子与亚种群及其与该种植物所有种群的相互关系,它们代表了种群内和所有种群总的等位基因分化;FST是从每一种群随机抽取2配子之间的相互关系,它代表种群之间的等位基因关系;xi为第i个等位基因的频率;Xii为第i个等位基因的纯合子频率;且有:s为种群数量,k为第k个种群。
