第二代一般全球生产力效率模型(GLO-PEM2

(1)    表面辐射温度:

式中,AVHRR4,5通道的亮度温度;是表征在不同通道的不同的e的特征值,e的计算式为CERES地图的发射率(mapemissvity),是标准植被差异指数(normalized vegetation index)。

(2)    周围环境温度:

式中,取待定值(0.7~0.9);ab是对滑动的窗口进行最小方差回归分析所得系数。

(3)    水蒸气压力差额(vapor pressure deficit):

式中,是纬度和季节调整函数,是积累表面湿度指数。

(4)    日吸收可用于光合作用的辐射:

式中,是日入射可用于光合作用的辐射,

(5)    地面生物量:

式中,是年最小可见光通道反射率。

(6)    总初级生产力:

式中,

(7)    自养呼吸:

式中,是空气的长期气候平均温度气候。
